About Us

Founder of London and New York-based Mercurylab, Beth Taubner has been a Transformational Brand Strategist and Creative Director working with strategy and creative communications for more than 20 years. Beth has developed a proprietary approach to the branding process, using a combination of psychological, visual, and analytic processes. She is well-known for her expertise in creating branding programs and distinctive concepts, visuals and language communications for businesses large and small, for luxury travel, retailers, food, fashion, literary and artist representative agencies and for creative professionals in the US, UK and worldwide.

Her clients have ranged from well-known American brands such as A&E, Chase Bank and Stop & Shop to Condé Nast Publications and International Newsweek, retailers such as Sears, non-profit Peconic Baykeeper (part of Robert F. Kennedy’s Waterkeeper Alliance) and online fashion powerhouse Moda Operandi. Mercurylab has been integral in the highly successful repositioning and overall strategy, communications and brand redevelopment for the top high-end luxury safari company ROAR AFRICA, based in New York and Cape Town. The consultancy frequently guides small, influential, entrepreneurial creative companies across sectors on transformational brand definition, strategy, communications, and international marketplace expansion. Beth also works closely on brand identification, language communications, visual development and marketing with some of the top photographers and artist representative agencies in the world.

In addition, Beth has produced and consulted on short narrative award-winning festival films, broadcast documentaries and feature films. She has guided her clients through the book packaging and publication process, writes frequently on transformational branding and marketing tools for on-line and print editorial and books, and develops and guests on podcast series.

Beth has taught at prestigious schools such as Art Center College of Design and Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, and offers one-on-one consulting, public speaking and group seminars on brand excavation, development and implementation worldwide.

She is on the Board of Trustees of Timebanking UK and is a business consultant contributor to the Prince’s Trust UK.
