Part-Time Coordinator and Outreach-Freelancer for NY and London-based Brand Consultant
NYC and London-based Boutique Transformational Brand Strategy and Creative Communications consultant with a specialized client base in the hospitality, food, charity, and visual industries seeks a Part-Time Freelancer/Permalancer skilled in Coordination, Outreach, and targeted Sales. We are looking for a native English speaker who is initially available to work approximately 20-23 hours per week beginning immediately, with the possibility of a more extensive engagement in the future. We are looking for a remote freelancer who would be open to occasionally working on-site if you are based in the NY or London area.
We are looking for an organized, motivated, flexible, and even-tempered person with an operational sense of humor, one who has the ability to focus on the details while coordinating multiple projects, tasks, and fast-changing priorities. The primary functions of this position will encompass Project Coordination/Client Contact, Marketing and Social Media, Brand Awareness, targeted Sales Research, and Outreach, with a small amount of personal assisting. The Owner works for blocks of months at a time in either NY or the UK, so that the ability to shift your hours dependent upon where she is based will be important.
You will be in frequent communications with our clients who work in many different ways – by the hour, day or project – so the ability to think strategically about client work along with internal and external time management is important. Having a great memory and a warm heart is essential for the type of work we do, along with an interest in our mindful, practical, analytical and psychological approach to brand strategy and business.
Our primary focus is on short and long-term transformational brand projects, along with language communications and multiple aspects of visual communications including Creative Direction, Art Direction, design, high-level photo assigning, and website redos. The owner is an active public speaker and podcast guest, and you will be involved in finding and booking these opportunities. She is a certified psychological astrologer and employs her training in her client projects.
This is a great opportunity if you are interested in brand strategy, photography, design, and the world of business. It’s a good position for someone who is hands-on in all areas and who enjoys taking care of operations, outreach, and marketing in a creative business.
It is essential that you are extremely familiar with the Mac operating system and have a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft Office. It would be very helpful if you are tech-savvy, with the ability to provide some basic tech support. This is a great opportunity to learn about Brand Strategy from a well-established brand consultant with a prestigious client list.
This is a Part-Time Freelance/Permalance Position that will very occasionally require weekend work.
